  • FON-905 is designed for cutting, stripping, and peeling multi-core round jacketed cables, such as power plug wires, sensor sheath wires, and data cables. It significantly increases production capacity by performing length cutting, outer layer stripping at both ends, and inner core stripping.
  • It features a pneumatic clip designed to align and strip the core wires evenly.
  • It includes a design with both a straight and a serrated blade: the circular blade is used for outer layer stripping, while the flat or serrated blade is used for inner layer stripping.
  • The machine is fully computer-controlled for adjustments, including cable length, cutter depth, stripping length, and cable clamping. It is operated through a user-friendly touch screen interface, making it simple and easy to understand.
