The use of a 12-wheel crawler-type wire feeder increases the friction of the wire transport, prevent hurting the surface, ensuring the accuracy of the cutting length and the precision of the stripping process. The bidirectional screw pressure wheels ensure the correct alignment of the wire size with the cutter edge center, resulting in smooth and precise stripping without damaging the core wire. All adjustments are done through a fully computerized numerical control system, including wire length, cutter depth, stripping length, and wire pressure. The process is completed via an easy-to-understand, fully touchscreen-based digital operation.
